Late Arrivals & Cancellation Policy- 48 hours notice
At Fusion Salon, we kindly ask all of our clients to arrive a few minutes early to ensure services run smoothly. Our stylists are often working on busy schedules, so a delay in your appointment may have a knock-on effect on other clients, and it may reduce the available time for the services that you require.
However, we completely understand that circumstances beyond your control may mean you arrive late or have cancel your appointment. Therefore, we stride to be as flexible as we can to accommodating this by offering to rebook your appointment for a more convenient time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for you to let us know as soon as possible, at least 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
